Terms and conditions

The conditions of use of the GeoGo website and the general rules applicable to the request and provision of services.

Last update: August 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions set out the general rules for using the site GeoGo.ro, as well as the framework applicable to the request for services presented through it.

By accessing and using the site, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. For each collaboration, the services, costs, terms, responsibilities and rights of the parties are established separately, by offer, order, contract or other document accepted by both parties.

1. Who administers GeoGo.ro

The GeoGo.ro website is managed by:

  • Name: SC GEO GO COMPANY SRL
  • Unique registration code: 31050440
  • Trade Register: J40/15297/2012
  • Headquarters: Str. Năzuinței no. 10, bl. 3, Bragadiru, Ilfov county, Romania
  • Telephone: 0744 222 273
  • Email: office@geogo.ro
  • Website: https://geogo.ro

In the continuation of the document, SC GEO GO COMPANY SRL may be referred to as "GeoGo", "we" or "the provider", and the person or company accessing the site or requesting a service may be referred to as "the user" or "the client".

2. The role of the site

GeoGo.ro is a presentation site through which we provide information about the company's activity, available services and projects that can be the subject of a collaboration.

The information published on the site is of a general nature and does not represent, by mere display, a binding contractual offer, a reservation, a promise of delivery or the automatic acceptance of a collaboration.

The presented projects can be configured, adapted, developed or integrated into a solution suitable for a company's activity. Availability, terms of collaboration and included items are confirmed individually after a direct discussion.

3. GeoGo Services

Depending on the needs of each project, GeoGo can provide services such as:

  • consultancy and promotion strategy;
  • websites and web solutions;
  • visual identity and graphic design;
  • photography and commercial content;
  • promotion through Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram;
  • advertising and signage production;
  • administration, maintenance and updating of online projects;
  • other services determined according to the client's requirements.

The above list is not exhaustive. The concrete content of the service is that described in the offer, order or contract accepted for the respective project.

4. Requesting a service

Contacting GeoGo by phone, WhatsApp or email is a request for information and does not automatically oblige either party to start working together.

Before sending a proposal, we can request information about the company's activity, the desired result, the existing materials, the desired term and the technical or commercial requirements of the project.

GeoGo reserves the right to refuse a request when it:

  • does not fall within the services we can provide;
  • involves the use of materials without rights or authorizations;
  • has an illegal, deceptive or contrary to good practice purpose;
  • it cannot be completed within the requested time, budget or conditions;
  • may harm the rights of another person or company.

5. Offers, prices and the start of the collaboration

Prices are not determined solely by the information published on the website. The cost of a project can vary depending on complexity, dimensions, materials, workload, licenses, external services, term and client requirements.

The price, the method of payment, the possible advance, the estimated term and the included services are communicated before the work begins. The VAT regime, where relevant, will be indicated in the offer and applicable tax documents.

The collaboration begins after accepting the conditions communicated by GeoGo and, when provided for, after signing the documents and paying the advance.

A telephone conversation, a preliminary estimate or the submission of materials for analysis does not alone constitute confirmation of the start of the project.

6. Customer Obligations

For the realization of the project, the client undertakes:

  • provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information;
  • to provide the requested materials within the established term;
  • to check and approve texts, images and information before publication or production;
  • own the necessary rights to logos, photos, texts, brands and other materials provided;
  • not to solicit the publication of illegal, false, discriminatory, misleading or infringing content;
  • to meet the established response and payment deadlines;
  • to communicate in time any change that may influence the project.

The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy and timeliness of the information related to his own business, the services offered and the commercial statements to be published.

7. Materials and design approval

GeoGo may submit intermediate versions, mockups, previews or proposals for review. The customer must communicate the observations in a clear and centralized form.

The number of variants and revisions included may be limited by the project offer or contract. Requests that change the approved direction, size of work or original content may be assessed and charged separately.

Approving a variant confirms that the visible elements have been verified by the customer. Corrections requested after final approval, publication, printing or production may incur additional costs and time.

8. Deadlines

The deadlines are set according to the complexity of the project and begin after the fulfillment of the communicated conditions, including the supply of materials, confirmation of requirements and payment of agreed payments.

The deadline can be adjusted when:

  • the customer delays the transmission of information or approvals;
  • additional requirements appear compared to those originally established;
  • third party approvals, measurements, materials or interventions are required;
  • platforms or external providers delay the processing of services;
  • technical or force majeure situations occur that cannot be controlled by GeoGo.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

The content of GeoGo.ro, including the name, visual identity, texts, graphics, illustrations, structure, layouts, demonstration projects and original materials, is protected by intellectual property legislation.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing or using this content without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.

The rights granted to the client over the materials created are established for each project through the individual offer or contract. Payment for a service does not automatically transfer all intellectual property rights, source files, licenses or rights to components belonging to GeoGo or third parties.

Until the full payment of the sums owed, the materials and variants sent cannot be used commercially, published, reproduced or handed over to another person for the continuation of the work, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Domains, Hosting, Platforms and External Services

Certain projects may use services provided by third parties, such as domains, hosting, digital certificates, email services, Google, Meta, advertising platforms, analysis tools, licenses or external applications.

These services are subject to their own providers' terms and policies. GeoGo cannot guarantee the permanent operation, the absence of changes, the approval of advertisements, the maintenance of rates or the uninterrupted availability of services that it does not control.

Recurring costs, licenses, advertising budgets and external services are included only if this is expressly provided for in the project offer.

11. Administration, maintenance and follow-up

Administration, updates, maintenance, security and subsequent changes are included only within the limits of the agreed service or package.

When the customer or a third party modifies the files, settings, code, platform, accounts or delivered materials, GeoGo is not responsible for errors, losses, incompatibilities or security problems caused by those interventions.

Fixing problems arising from external interventions can be assessed and charged separately.

12. Promotion, SEO and Commercial Results

GeoGo can perform optimization services, online promotion, campaign management and preparation of advertising materials. These services aim to improve the presentation and visibility of the project, but the results also depend on factors that cannot be fully controlled.

We do not guarantee:

  • a certain position in Google or other search engines;
  • immediate indexing of all pages;
  • approval or permanent display of an advertisement;
  • a certain number of accesses, calls, requests or customers;
  • a certain level of sales or profit;
  • keeping the algorithms and policies of external platforms unchanged.

Results may vary based on budget, competition, market, supply, reputation, content, demand and how the firm handles incoming requests.

13. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and up-to-date. However, there may be errors, incomplete information or changes that have not yet been reflected on the page.

GeoGo is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunities, commercial decisions or consequences caused exclusively by:

  • incorrect use of information on the website;
  • wrong or incomplete data provided by the customer;
  • interventions made without GeoGo's consent;
  • unavailability of external platforms or services;
  • violation by the customer of the legislation or the rights of third parties;
  • events beyond GeoGo's reasonable control.

Nothing herein shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Force majeure

None of the parties is responsible for the non-execution or delay of the obligations when it is caused by a force majeure event or an external circumstance, unforeseeable and impossible to reasonably control.

The affected party will inform the other party and resume performance when the situation allows.

15. Data protection and cookies

Information regarding the processing of personal data is available in Privacy Policy.

Information about the technologies used on the site and the visitor's options are available at Cookies policy.

16. Consumer rights

GeoGo's services are mainly addressed to companies, professionals and individuals acting in connection with an economic or professional activity.

When the customer is, according to the law, a consumer, the mandatory rights provided by consumer protection legislation remain applicable and are not restricted by this document.

The conditions relating to the execution of the service, the right of withdrawal and any applicable exceptions will be communicated before the conclusion of the contract, when the legislation requires this.

17. Notifications and dispute resolution

For any question or notification regarding the site or the GeoGo services, you can contact us by phone at 0744 222 273 or by email at office@geogo.ro.

We will attempt to resolve any disagreement directly and amicably. When an amicable solution is not possible, disputes will be resolved according to Romanian law by the competent courts.

People who have the legal status of consumer can address the National Authority for Consumer Protection and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, under the conditions provided by law.

18. Modification of terms

GeoGo may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to the Services, the Site, the way it works or applicable law.

The updated version takes effect from the date of publication on the website. Amendments do not retroactively change the terms of an already contracted project, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires it.
